Senior Fire Alarm Service Technician

We are hiring a senior Fire Alarm Service Technician to serve as the lead troubleshooter for commercial fire alarm service and repair work. This is not an install-only role. We need someone who can diagnose issues, repair systems, document findings, communicate with customers, and help guide other technicians in the field. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair commercial fire alarm systems Diagnose panel issues, ground faults, NAC issues, SLC loop problems, device failures, and system deficiencies Serve as the technical lead on repair work Support and mentor less-experienced technicians Communicate findings, repairs, deficiencies, and next steps Work with customers, sales, and management on repair needs What We’re Looking For Fire alarm service, repair, and troubleshooting experience NICET II or higher preferred Notifier experience strongly preferred Fike, clean agent, releasing panel, gas detection, or special hazards experience is a plus Strong multimeter and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and communicate professionally What You Get Full benefits package Factory training and manufacturer certification opportunities Merit-based pay growth tied to NICET and factory credentials A technical lead role where troubleshooting ability matters #J-18808-Ljbffr 360X Staffing
