Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; observe for adverse reactions and respond appropriately. Monitor respiratory status, manage IV therapies, wound care, and other complex nursing interventions common in LTAC settings. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, communicate changes in condition, and update care plans. Document care accurately in the medical record and ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
