Radiology/Imaging - CT TechCT Technologist assignment for a 13-week contract working 3x12-hour day shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM. This role supports diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment and includes weekend rotation, holiday coverage, and one weekend call day per month. The CT Tech will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures while also being willing to cross-train in OR and procedural imaging support. This position requires strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to provide safe and efficient patient care in a collaborative clinical setting.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experienceActive BLS certification requiredActive certifications must be in hand at submissionWillingness to learn OR/procedural imaging requiredStrong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and patient safety practicesAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentOne supervisory reference required at submissionExperience in hospital imaging settings preferredWeekend rotation and holiday coverage requiredParticipation in monthly call rotation requiredSetting: HospitalCity: AkronState: OHUnit Details: Procedures The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout all exams. Responsibilities include patient positioning, operating CT imaging equipment, maintaining image quality, and documenting procedures accurately. The technologist will assist with OR and procedural imaging support as needed and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Additional duties include participating in call coverage, weekend and holiday rotations, maintaining equipment readiness, and adhering to radiation safety, infection control, and facility quality standards.We are an equal opportunity employer.
