Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III or IV NICU setting, supporting neonates from 23–24 weeks gestation
• Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, and conventional Vents
• Administer blood and blood products, manage PICC/Central Lines, and operate syringe pumps
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgical cases
• Perform procedures including Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Cooling/Warming Blanket therapy, and Feeding Tube management
• Float occasionally to Step-Down Nursery or Pediatrics units at alternate campuses, providing care for newborns and infants only

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience
• Experience in a Level III or IV NICU
• Proficiency with advanced neonatal respiratory support equipment
• Willingness to float to different campuses as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries
• Familiarity with micro-preemie care at 23–24 weeks gestation
• Experience with PICC/Central Line management and blood product administration
