Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations within our Food & Beverage Operations department. The Lead Cook prepares and coordinates high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors, supporting whole-person wellbeing in a faith-based, mission-driven healthcare environment. Responsibilities include supervising production, ensuring food safety and sanitation, managing inventory, and accommodating special diets. This role collaborates closely with clinical teams and models a compassionate, service-oriented culture focused on health equity for underserved neighbors.
