Shift: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule

License/Certifications: PA medical license required; ACLS, BLS certifications required

Experience: Minimum 1-year required, 2+ preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $2,730.00
• Shift Rate: $3,500.00 for 24-hour call
• Holiday Differential: 1.5x rate for specified holidays
• Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Provide adult outpatient and inpatient urology care along with support to nursing, anesthesia, and ER teams
• Perform cystoscopy, stent placement, kidney stone treatment (including holmium laser lithotripsy), and manage rare testicular torsion cases
• Consult with ED and other providers on Foley catheter placements and other urological emergencies
• Support hospital's busy department, covering specific scheduled days and emergency call shifts
• Rounding on inpatients in the morning and managing urgent urology procedures as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Pennsylvania medical license
• Board Certified in Urology
• DEA license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of Urology practice experience

Preferred:

• Additional certifications in urology procedures
• Previous hospital-based experience
