Opportunity 1: Global M&A Platform (4–6 years of experience) This opportunity is ideal for an associate seeking a sophisticated global M&A practice with exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Associates work directly with partners, gain meaningful client exposure, and handle substantial deal responsibility. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of corporate transactional and/or M&A experience gained at a large law firm, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
