About the role: As a Shop Helper you will assist others in the shop while receiving training on multiple skillsets within. You will support all classification of MFG, Quality and Maintenance. You will report to the Fabrication Supervisor and be located at Newington, NH. You will support this role 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic work assigned by department supervisor or team coordinator to support all classifications.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and materials.
• React to and report all safety concerns with ARC.
• Perform work promptly.
• Is responsible for quality of work once trained.
• Practice proper housekeeping and observe all safety procedures and complete all Atlas training.
• You will be required to do some heavy lifting (25lbs), pulling and twisting.
• Perform general tasks including cleaning of offices, common areas, rest rooms, kitchens with approved cleaners.
• Provide vender escorting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months or more years of Fabrication experience required

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly pay range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18 to $30 per hour.
