Barback

Position Summary The Barback at FireHorse Saloon plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. You’ll support bartenders by restocking supplies, keeping workstations clean, and ensuring everything is in place to serve our guests efficiently in a high-energy country dancehall environment. Key Responsibilities Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes during and after shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar throughout the night Remove trash, change bins, and clean spills promptly to ensure safety Assist with deliveries, and inventory rotation Help clean and reset the bar at closing: surfaces, tools, floors, and equipment and bathrooms Respond quickly to bartender requests during high-volume periods Ensure all bar stations are fully stocked and prepped before each shift Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Prior barback or hospitality experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical, fast-paced work Reliable, team-oriented, and quick to adapt Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation $10/hour + share of tip pool Bi-weekly pay Opportunities for advancement to other roles Bonus opportunities for retention and referrals #J-18808-Ljbffr
