We are Modern Market - a farm fresh eatery that serves awesome food in a fast paced, open kitchen setting. We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door.
Back of House / Culinary Team
Our Culinary Rockstars work to prepare the best food according to our high standards. They chop, prep, sauté, grill, bake and use their culinary skills to make our healthy, mouthwatering food.
We hire PEOPLE and we train them once they are onboard - so, if you have restaurant experience, great! If you don’t, great! If any of the above sounds like you… Join our Team!

Key Responsibilities Include (not limited to)
- Conceive and updatemenus several times a year that embody our brand and showcase seasonal ingredients, featuring a diverse range of chiefbowls,Homestyle’s plates, salads.
- Lead and manage back-of-housestaff, including prep cooks, and dishwashers. Provide guidance, training, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Execute recipes with precision and consistency
- Continuously expand culinary knowledge of techniques and best practices.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all food meets culinary and safety standardsmastery of ingredients, measurements, and preparation techniques
- Comply with restaurant standards for safety, hygiene, and quality
- Manage trash, cardboard, and recyclable materials
- Handle kitchen equipment and clean spills promptly throughout the shift
