Step into a vital role providing one-to-one care and compassionate support as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time opportunity is tailored for an LPN/LVN who is passionate about supporting students with medical needs while collaborating within a dynamic educational environment. You’ll work 35 hours weekly, starting at 8:30 a.m. with the school day wrapping up by 3:30 p.m.

In this position, your mornings will be dedicated to one student requiring G-tube feedings, serving as their primary medical support during their school experience—including riding the bus with the student for seamless care from home to classroom. In the afternoons, and on days when your primary student is not present or during non-attendance Wednesdays, additional opportunities will be available to assist in other buildings, ensuring variety and broadening your impact.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Hold an active, valid Washington LPN license or certification.
• Completion of fingerprinting and background check through OSPI.
• Previous experience with G-tube feedings is highly preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and settings within the school community.
• Comfortable collaborating with families, transportation staff, and school personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care including G-tube feedings and monitoring.
• Accompany the student on the school bus for safe, consistent supervision.
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies.
• Offer additional support to other students and staff as needed across the campus.
