Qualifications: Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. Qualifications: Bachelor's,Master’sor Doctorate degree inoccupationaltherapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensurerequirements asestablishedby state and national boardassociations.
