As a Clinical Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide hands‑on support to individuals with significant behavioral and clinical needs. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and trauma‑informed practices, you’ll help foster growth, learning, and independence in a supportive and inclusive environment. What You’ll Do Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral supports to individuals with significant clinical needs Follow individual support plans under the direction of a BCBA Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment Intervene appropriately during behavioral or emergency situations using trained PMT techniques Communicate promptly and professionally with team members, families, and supervisors. Requirements High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with significant behavioral needs Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform PMT interventions as needed.
