Trainer

To support the Learning, Knowledge, and Innovation team, the fully remote Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions for call center agents, facilitate virtual programs to enhance employee skills, and design interactive training materials tailored to various learning styles. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing call center agents and other departments Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance Design visually engaging training materials that adhere to modern adult learning principles Required qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator Passion for training and experience in a virtual classroom environment Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques Some experience with curriculum development and instructional design
