Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Rotating Weekends (Every Other Weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with 4 LDR beds, maintaining patient ratios of 1:1 (Pitocin) and 2:1
• Perform labor and delivery care, recovery, immediate newborn care, and golden hour baby care
• Circulate and assist with C-sections, including PACU care post-procedure
• Utilize Meditech and CPN documentation systems accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to patient experience standards including AIDET and bedside shift reporting
• Follow scheduling requirements including rotating every-other-weekend shifts with no floating to other units

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN License required (temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital experience in Labor & Delivery specialty
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• AWHONN certification
• Demonstrated ability to circulate C-sections and provide PACU care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to scrub C-sections
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
