Project Manager - Mitigation

Mitigation Project ManagerPaul Davis Restoration is looking for a Mitigation Project Manager to join our growing Waukegan team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take control of a project from the initial loss through completion. You'll coordinate crews, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, keep projects moving, and make sure the work is done safely, efficiently, and to our standards. You do not need to already have the Project Manager title to be considered. If you have strong restoration experience, understand the mitigation process, and are ready for more responsibility, we want to talk to you.What You'll OwnManage water, fire, mold, and other mitigation projects from start to finishAssess losses, determine scope, and develop a clear plan of actionCoordinate technicians, equipment, subcontractors, and project schedulesMaintain consistent communication with customers throughout the restoration processWork with adjusters, agents, and other insurance professionalsMonitor project documentation, photos, moisture readings, job notes, and required paperworkKeep projects moving while managing quality, timelines, and profitabilityIdentify issues early and make decisions to keep jobs on trackSupport and coach field team members while setting clear expectationsParticipate in the on-call rotation as neededWho We're Looking ForRestoration experience is strongly preferred, especially in water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, or related property damage services.
