Imaging patient care coordinator

APatient Care Coordinatorworks cooperatively with all members of the care team and supports the vision of the Positive Patient Experience (PPE), answers phones, responds appropriately and routes calls as needed, responds appropriately and timely to patients request regarding appointments or exams, reviews referrals/orders for appropriateness and scan, create, protocol, tasking, and scheduling. Schedule appointments telephonically, inbound, and outbound, schedules appointmentsaccording to scheduling guidelines, policy and procedures, department productivity and quality standards and resolve routine to moderately complex issues, refers to supervisor when appropriate.
