LPN Day and Night Shift Opportunities at Warrenton Woods

Warrenton Woods is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for 12-hour day and night shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Available shifts:

• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Eligible full-time and part-time Care Team Members can earn up to $35 per hour, based on experience.

The team can review the exact schedule and weekend rotation during the interview.

About the LPN Role

As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on resident care, administer medications and treatments, document clinical updates, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with RNs, CNAs, and nursing leadership.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, guidelines, and established facility policies and procedures.
• Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for residents.
• Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed by assigned nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and resident transfers as needed.
• Assess changes in resident status, notify the physician and resident’s family or representative, and document changes appropriately.
• Transcribe physician orders to the medical record and carry out orders as written.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support a resident-focused environment built on communication, teamwork, and quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
