Inside Sales Representative – Remote Position Overview
We're hiring full-time, remote Inside Sales Representatives to sell education and professional certification programs directly to prospective students. This is a high-energy, phone-based closing role focused on B2C sales. You'll work company-generated leads, run discovery conversations, handle objections, and drive enrollment decisions. There are no video demos and no account management. This is outbound sales and direct closing.
What You'll Do- Own the sale: Personally convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations
- Work warm leads: Receive inbound interest from the company, plus outbound calling and follow-up
- Close quickly: Most sales cycles take just 1–2 touchpoints
- Build rapport and overcome objections: Use discovery-led conversations to address concerns and close
- Stay disciplined: Log detailed notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for purposeful follow-up
- 1+ year of outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C, direct-closing environment
- 1+ year of tenure in your current role
- Proven quota and KPI attainment in short-cycle, transactional sales
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills, and confidence asking for the sale
- CRM discipline, with detailed, organized records
- High energy and self-management: urgency, resilience, and consistent follow-through in a remote setting
- Comfort working a structured schedule within Arizona operating hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM), including later shifts that may run until 9:00 PM Eastern
- Base salary: $40,000
- Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly based on quota attainment
- On-target earnings (OTE): Approximately $100,000 in year one
- Pay structure: ~50% base / ~50% variable
- Commission rates: 7% on payment-plan sales; 9% on paid-in-full sales
- Minimum threshold: At least 60% of monthly quota to earn commission

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 working hours within a 9-hour shift (includes a 1-hour lunch)
- Operating window: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Arizona time
- Eastern Time candidates: Please confirm you're comfortable with potential shifts extending to 9:00 PM ET
- Training: Two weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time
- West/Mountain: Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho
- Central/Midwest: Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Tennessee
- Southeast/East: Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia
You're a proven, high-performing phone closer who thrives in high-activity sales environments. You're motivated by quota attainment, revenue targets, and uncapped earning potential, and you take ownership of the entire sales process without hesitating to ask for the sale.
