I grew up in South Carolina and earned my BS in Business Management from the University of South Carolina before relocating to the Seattle area in 2007. Outside the office, I enjoy landscaping, DIY projects, studying aviation, and spending time with my family. Serving others is important to me — I’m actively involved in my church and passionate about giving back, including supporting families impacted by flooding in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joel Hensel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
