Looking for miles without going coast to coast?
This Regional Southwest position gives experienced CDL-A drivers the miles to earn, a defined running area, and a permanently assigned truck.
Run 2,600–2,800 miles per week across a 9-state regional network while earning $0.60–$0.62 CPM based on verifiable experience.
What You Can Earn
- $1,560–$1,800 average weekly pay

- Loaded and empty dispatched miles paid
- Up to $0.04 CPM performance bonus
- Additional accessorial pay opportunities
- $3,000 sign-on bonus available for qualifying experienced drivers

Your Regional Southwest running area includes:
Texas | Louisiana | Arkansas | Oklahoma | Kansas | Missouri | Illinois | Nebraska | New Mexico
A defined regional footprint means you can get strong weekly mileage without running all 48 states.
Home Time That Makes Sense
- 10–14 days out, then 2 days home.
- When it's time to head home, you can take your assigned truck with you.
- No-Touch Means No-Touch
- This is 100% no-touch refrigerated freight, with approximately 50% drop & hook.
- Less time handling freight. More time putting miles behind you.
One Truck. No Slip Seating.
You'll drive a permanently assigned late-model Kenworth T-680 equipped for life on the road.

- Front-facing, event-only camera
- Late-model equipment approximately 0–3 years old
Getting Started
- Paid 3-day orientation
- $250 orientation pay, plus hotel, meals, and airfare are provided.
What You'll Need
- Class A CDL
- 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Must meet company hiring requirements
- No SAP drivers
- Urine drug test required
