What you’ll do: Diagnose service calls involving wiring, electrical panels, outlets, lighting, and breakers. Discuss repair and upgrade options with homeowners and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions by communicating clearly and professionally. Complete installations including generators, panel upgrades, new circuits, lighting, EV chargers, and whole-home surge protection. Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Document work accurately by recording job details, estimates, and customer notes in company software. Maintain a clean and safe workspace while respecting and protecting customer property. Work closely with dispatch and management to support efficient scheduling and successful job completion. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements 2+ years of experience in residential electrical service. Solid understanding of residential systems, including wiring, electrical panels, troubleshooting, and code compliance. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying outdoor conditions.
