Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position located in White Sulphur Springs, Montana. This role involves providing acute care and emergency services in a small rural Critical Access Hospital. The RN will be responsible for triaging patients, overseeing CNA and LPN staff, and managing low census cases in a team-oriented environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The schedule begins on 07/22/2026 with a 7 on, 7 off rotation.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Experience working confidently in emergency room and acute care settings, including triage, is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred.
• Additional Information: The facility is a small rural Critical Access Hospital with low patient census (1-2 inpatients, 1-2 ER patients per shift). Orientation will occur on 07/16, 07/17, and 07/18. The RN will oversee care in both emergency and long-term care, including rounds and nocturnal toileting assistance.
