Foreclosure Specialist Full Time Oklahoma City, OK, US 12 days ago Requisition ID: 1210 Foreclosure Specialists will primarily assist the Foreclosure Supervisor with facilitating the daily operational administration of the complete foreclosure process involving 1-4 family residences. They will communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms, manage electronic messaging, and collaborate with title agencies, attorneys, and real estate professionals. Receipt and handling of the initial foreclosure referral from the client. Review of all documentation with the referral for completeness. Referral and assignment of the foreclosure to an approved law firm, including all applicable documentation for commencement of the foreclosure proceeding. Ongoing communication with the assigned law firms regarding status updates for each foreclosure referral to ensure properly established timelines are being met. General notations and file administration to ensure that all relevant and applicable information has been comprehensively memorialized, as appropriate. Compile monthly status reports regarding each foreclosure for management review and delivery to client. Communication and escalation of any and all matters that do not appear to meet properly established timelines, as necessary. Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage with prescription benefits. Qualifications Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo a government suitability investigation. 2+ years of real estate, title, property management and/or foreclosure experience preferred in a government contractor environment. Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and written proficiency. Above average computer skills with Microsoft Office, TEAMS, SharePoint, and proprietary software. Ability to meet hard deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and knowledge of title curative issues and mortgage documentation. Ability to review mortgage documents and work closely with title agencies, attorneys and real estate professionals. Background in identifying title curative issues. All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation prior to starting employment.
