We offer flexible schedules, travel reimbursement, competitive health benefits, and continuing education benefits./pp5 x 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating weekends/ppGreat healthcare benefits, and education reimbursement of $5,250 annually/ppAdditional compensation for visits over your caseload/ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliCase manage, assess, plan, develop and implement a comprehensive home health care plan for their patients./liliMeasure vital signs, administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed/liliProvides skilled nursing care, preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments with a variety of patient populations within various potentially complex home situations./liliWork closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, therapy and social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload./liliProvide patient and family education for disease management and health promotion as directed by physicians plan of treatment./liliProvide care to the most upmost standard/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliNew York State RN license/liliMinimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse./liliBasic Life Support Certification/liliValid New York State Drivers License and reliable transportation/li/ulpUSD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr./ppThis range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
