Sales Marketing Assistant

TagMaster North America is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Tacoma, Washington. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, website coordination, and sales support who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment. Responsibilities Manage and update company social media platforms and marketing content Assist with website updates, product postings, and digital marketing initiatives Support the sales team with customer communications, lead tracking, presentations, and proposal coordination Coordinate trade show registrations, booth logistics, hotel bookings, and event planning Assist with marketing campaigns, email outreach, and brand awareness activities Work closely with internal teams to support sales growth and customer engagement Help create marketing materials, presentations, and product sheets Attend trade shows and industry events as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, sales support, or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Experience managing social media platforms and website content Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing, content creation, and productivity Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business software Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude with willingness to grow professionally Preferred Experience Experience in technology, parking, security, or access control industries is a plus Experience coordinating trade shows or events preferred Premium insurance which includes comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision coverage Generous SEP contributions after completion of one year of employment Holiday pay and medical/dental/vision coverage after completion of 90-day probation period Paid holidays, flexible time off, and PTO schedules Gym membership reimbursement Location: Tacoma, WA Employment Type: Full-Time #J-18808-Ljbffr TagMaster North America, Inc.
