Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our team and provide elevated, personalized dermatologic care. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who thrives in a cosmetic-heavy, private-pay and PPO model, and values quality over volume. This role offers a high degree of autonomy within a supportive, well-established practice, allowing you to build and grow your own patient following while benefiting from an existing, high-demand Beverly Hills clientele. This position includes a base salary with a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, offering significant income potential for a motivated, relationship-driven physician. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including skin checks, medical dermatology, and minor surgical procedures

Deliver a concierge-level patient experience with a focus on personalization and attention to detail

Perform and/or develop expertise in cosmetic dermatology treatments based on patient demand and interest

Build and maintain long-term patient relationships within a sophisticated, loyal patient base

Collaborate with an experienced in-house team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff

Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, professionalism, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications: Board Certified in Dermatology (required)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in private practice, cosmetic, or concierge dermatology preferred

Strong clinical judgment with an aesthetic eye and attention to detail

Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is highly preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset

Active California medical license
