Job Type Full Time Schedule - Days; M-F Pay $255,000 - $295,000 Patients Per Day 16 - 18 EMR System - NextGen Work Location Outpatient Job ID 60473 Job Description A Missoula, Montana based client is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to serve as the lead for Nurse Practitioners over Great Falls, Missoula, and Billings clinics. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment and who practices evidence-based medicine. Required Qualifications * Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree * Current Montana medical license * Completed an accredited residency program * Current DEA certificate * Board certified in Family/Internal Medicine * 5+ years of experience * Current CPR certification Responsibilities * Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages * Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results * Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans * Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload * Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy * Serve as a supervisor for mid-level providers in Montana region * There is a variable amount of time spent on administration and the position is flexible on travel between the sites About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
