This opportunity offers exceptional flexibility. Physicians may choose:\n
\nA part-time position at either the Pennsylvania or New Jersey facility, or\n
\nA full-time multi-site role providing care across both locations.\n
\n
\nFor physicians choosing the full-time option, the schedule consists of a consistent Monday through Friday workweek divided between the two facilities, typically two days at one location and three days at the other.\n
\n
\nWorking alongside experienced nurse practitioners and multidisciplinary clinical teams, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care for patients in detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient addiction recovery programs while helping individuals achieve lasting recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.\n

\nPractice Environment\n
\nEstablished addiction treatment center.\n
\nAverage daily census in the 60s.\n
\nMedical detoxification services.\n
\nResidential treatment.\n
\nPartial Hospitalization Program (PHP).\n
\nIntensive Outpatient Program (IOP).\n
\nMultidisciplinary care team.\n
\nAdvanced practice provider collaboration and supervision.\n
\n
\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n
\nPerform comprehensive psychiatric and substance use evaluations.\n
\nProvide ongoing psychiatric care for patients receiving addiction treatment.\n
\nDiagnose and manage co-occurring psychiatric disorders.\n
\nPrescribe and manage psychiatric and addiction-related medications.\n
\nSupport detoxification and withdrawal management.\n
\nDevelop individualized treatment plans.\n
\nSupervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners.\n
\nParticipate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.\n
\nSupport continuity of care across residential, PHP, and IOP programs.\n
\nComplete accurate and timely clinical documentation.\n
\nAssist with discharge planning and transitions of care.
