Landscape / General Labor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist with landscaping, outdoor maintenance, and various labor duties. This position requires physical activity and the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions, including hot temperatures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Assist with planting, trimming, weeding, mowing, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to [50] pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be able to work outdoors in hot temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must follow all heat-safety procedures, including taking required rest and water breaks.

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Previous landscaping or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing and able to work in outdoor conditions, including heat.

Work Environment:
This is an outdoor, physically demanding position. Employees may be exposed to heat, sunlight, dust, dirt, noise, and varying weather conditions. Employees are expected to follow all company safety procedures and heat-illness prevention practices.
