Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management, Walmart Connect - Demand Activation

Position Summary Walmart Connect is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, ad tech partners, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self‑service, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers. What you'll do Own the revenue growth strategy and business outcomes for strategic media partnerships Develop and execute joint business plans that drive adoption, revenue growth, and long‑term strategic value Build and grow relationships with key partners, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities, including commercial initiatives, product enhancements, and go‑to‑market programs Collaborate with partners on go‑to‑market initiatives, including co‑selling, marketing programs, enablement, and joint growth strategies Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution Gather partner feedback and market insights to help inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization Support Walmart Connect sales teams by enabling partner‑backed solutions and opportunities Lead business reviews, performance reporting, and ongoing partnership governance Preferred Qualifications 7+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross‑functional projects Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs and SSPs Experience working cross‑functionally, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results Analytical experience, ability to diagnose problems, craft solutions, and validate outcomes Experience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external, especially with sales or pre‑sales teams Interest or experience in working with complex, technical projects and product teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (e.g., television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales 5 years’ experience managing client accounts 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients Benefits At Walmart, we offer competitive pay, performance‑based bonus awards, and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage; 401(k) with company match; stock purchase; paid time off (including PTO, sick leave, and parental leave); disability insurance; company discounts; and military leave pay. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock. San Bruno, California (US‑08848): Annual salary range $117,000.00–$234,000.00.
