Displays2Go is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in our Fall River, MA distribution center. This position combines forklift and turret truck operation with general warehouse responsibilities, including replenishment, put-away, container unloading, inventory movement, and order fulfillment support.

This role is an excellent fit for candidates with experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, Turret Operator, Reach Truck Operator, Shipping & Receiving Associate, Distribution Associate, or Order Picker.

Job Overview

As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations. You'll safely operate turret trucks, forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment while assisting with replenishment, put-away, inventory movement, container unloading, and other warehouse functions as business needs require.

You'll use RF scanners, PDA devices, and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately move and track inventory while helping maintain an organized, safe, and productive warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Operate turret trucks, forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment safely throughout the workday.
• Complete replenishment, put-away, and inventory movement throughout the warehouse.
• Safely retrieve and store product in narrow aisle racking at elevated heights.
• Assist with unloading inbound containers and loading outbound shipments.
• Use RF scanners, PDA devices, and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to complete inventory transactions accurately.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling and system transactions.
• Assist with picking, loading, receiving, and other warehouse responsibilities as operational needs require.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions to support the overall success of the distribution center.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Comfortable operating powered industrial equipment and working at elevated heights.
• Ability to safely work in a narrow aisle warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous turret truck experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, PDA devices, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment environment.
• Experience operating forklifts, turret trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, or other material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Frequently lift and carry items up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Team lift items over 40 pounds when necessary.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights throughout the workday.
