Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Operating Room RN (perioperative nursing)
• Proficiency circulating and/or scrubbing in a variety of surgical cases
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-stress, fast-paced clinical scenarios

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support surgical teams and ensure patient safety before, during, and after operations
• Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring sterility and readiness of supplies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs throughout procedures
• Monitor patients' conditions, documenting all perioperative activities and responses
• Administer medications and operate a range of medical equipment as required in the OR
• Serve as a supportive advocate for patients and their families during the perioperative process

$2,275 - $2,406/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
