Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Store Operations and respond to store emergencies, being Traveling to multiple locations as needed) Lead and perform Preventive Maintenance on all critical and non-critical equipment with proper system(s) accuracy Operate and monitor building controls, critical and non-critical building systems, and associated equipment. verifying proper building operation (EMCS command). such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. administrative task such as parts ordering, PO# creation, vendor management. as the face of the facilities business in place of the FM by helping to attend store meetings and vendor/project meetings.
