Pay Rate: $ 2,300 To $ 2560 per week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Weekend/Holiday Callback

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week contract opportunity in Tuba City, Arizona . This role focuses on coordinating inpatient and outpatient care, supporting safe transitions of care, evaluating medical necessity, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while ensuring quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in any U.S. state or territory required (Arizona license not required).
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience , including at least 1 year in an inpatient or outpatient setting , required.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
Knowledge of case management, utilization review, care coordination, and electronic health record systems required.
