Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to assess clients’ histories of substance abuse and mental health, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, integrating therapeutic modalities tailored to both addiction and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices to promote client engagement and recovery. \n
- Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team, contributing to a holistic approach to client care and ensuring continuous communication regarding client progress. \n
- Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process, offering resources and support that enhance their integration into the treatment journey. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in telehealth counseling. \n
This role primarily focuses on individuals battling substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcoholism, opioid addiction, and other forms of substance dependency. You will engage with clients who are looking for transformation and support, employing a compassionate approach that empowers them to address both their addiction and any underlying mental health issues. Our diverse patient population includes adults from various backgrounds, each presenting their own unique challenges and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required. \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- Specialized training or a strong background in addiction counseling is essential. \n
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. \n
- Demonstrated therapeutic skills with the capability to motivate and inspire clients throughout their recovery journey. \n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
