At Rocks Wood Fired Pizza & Grill, our servers are an essential part of creating the warm, memorable experience our guests have come to expect. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy taking care of people and thrive in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.

As a server, you'll guide guests through our menu of handcrafted food, Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas, signature cocktails, wine, and rotating craft and domestic beers while providing attentive and knowledgeable service from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive, welcoming dining experience
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our food, cocktails, wine, and beer selections
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Deliver prompt, attentive service while anticipating guests' needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, sections, and service areas
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management team
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and involve a manager when appropriate
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and restaurant policies
• Work as a team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service—even when it means helping outside of your own section

• Dependability and willingness to work as part of a team
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Previous serving experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
