We are seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of both sit-down and stand-up forklifts within our refrigerated warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent material handling skills, and the ability to thrive in a cold storage setting.

Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to perform tasks such as loading, unloading, stacking, and moving products and materials
• Conduct pre-operation safety checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and proper storage of goods.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual lifting of materials up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, particularly those relevant to cold storage operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environment; ability to wear appropriate layers for warmth is essential.
• English and Spanish Languages Accepted
