We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence, strengthen audience engagement, and support lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and building engagement across multiple platforms. A background in sales, customer engagement, or business development is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
● Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
● Create and schedule engaging posts, captions, graphics, videos, stories, and promotional content.
● Develop content strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. ● Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and customer feedback.
● Build and maintain an active online community.
● Identify potential leads and help turn social media engagement into business opportunities.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
● Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
● Track performance including engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and campaign results.
● Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social platforms.
Qualifications
● Previous professional experience managing social media accounts is required.
● Experience creating and executing social media content strategies.
● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major social platforms.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with content creation, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
● Previous sales, retail sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience.
● Experience with lead generation or customer conversion.
● Experience creating social media campaigns tied to sales or revenue goals.
● Comfortable communicating with prospective customers and following up on inbound interest.
