Flexible Assembler II - VRange: $16.00 - $20.00 hrAbout the RoleWe are seeking Flexible Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This position supports the assembly, calibration, and testing of subassemblies and finished products in a fast-paced production environment. The role spans multiple skill levels (II–V), with responsibilities and compensation aligned to experience, technical skill, and demonstrated performance.What You'll DoAssemble, calibrate, and test products using work instructions, BOMs, drawings, and samplesUse hand and power tools, test equipment, and basic production machineryFollow all safety, quality, and labor standardsInspect work to ensure conformance to quality requirementsIdentify and communicate production, quality, or equipment issuesAccurately record time, attendance, and production dataMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsLevel Progression (Based on Skills & Experience)Level II: Learn assembly and testing processes under routine supervisionLevel III: Work independently across multiple product configurations; troubleshoot routine issuesLevel IV: Perform complex assembly, calibration, testing, and soldering; consistently meet productivity and quality KPIsLevel V: Serve as a technical expert; train others, perform final inspections, and operate critical equipmentRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredManufacturing or assembly experience (level determined by experience and demonstrated skills)Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsSoldering skills or certification may be required at advanced levelsAbility to work independently at higher levelsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance (role dependent)Ability to perform repetitive motions, count, sort, and use scanners or handheld devicesAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWe believe in transparent and equitable pay.
