Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg unit. This position involves working 12-hour day shifts with a commitment of 36 hours per week. The RN will be expected to work every other or every third weekend as part of their schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in a Med-Surg setting.Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.Administer medications and treatments as ordered.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.Document patient care activities accurately and timely.QualificationsCurrent RN license in the state of practice.BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.This position involves working 12-hour day shifts and requires availability on weekends every other or every third week.If you are a motivated and compassionate RN looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
