Take the lead on impactful healthcare construction projects by joining our team as a Mechanical Project Manager supporting the development of a large ambulatory care center and dental clinic. This opportunity is based in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Relocation to Guantanamo Bay is required.In this position, you will oversee and manage all mechanical construction operations on-site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. You will work closely with mechanical superintendents, subcontractors, and internal team members to coordinate daily activities and maintain alignment with project goals. From early design coordination through project completion, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality results that meet government standards, budget expectations, and project timelines.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare infrastructure projects while working in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.QualificationsA 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required for this position.Courses in project management, construction management, mechanical trade school, BIM and CADD, etc. preferred.Five or more years work experience as a Mechanical Project Manager responsible for numerous projects and sizes (of the mechanical scope) of at least $5,000,000 (commercial/government) required.Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Work in the design-build industry is highly desirable.Demonstrated track record of managing projects in medical centers, dental facilities, or other healthcare environments preferred.Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6) preferred.
