Job Description

Handle inbound calls and accurately record call details in the CRM system

Respond to and follow up with leads via text and email through the dealership platform

Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as needed

Must Haves

This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines

Good communication skills

Comfortable handling inbound calls in a professional manner

Basic ability to type accurately and listen carefully while entering details

Willingness to learn and use a CRM system

Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail when logging call information

Comfortable handling text and email communication with leads in a timely manner

Professional and customer-service oriented attitude
