Now hiring CNC Mill Programmer/Operator Wauconda, IL Pay rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Where Every Cut Counts. Seeking a highly skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Operator with strong experience in 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining. This individual will be responsible for programming, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of complex precision-machined components while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate must have advanced experience using Mastercam, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to machine tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and high-precision industrial applications.

What You Bring to the Table as a CNC Mill Programmer/Operator

• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling experience
• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam
• Strong experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining
• Experience machining complex precision components
• Experience working with tight tolerances commonly found in aerospace and defense manufacturing
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience preferred
• AS9100 manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Experience with high-mix, low-volume precision machining
• Ability to mentor lower-level machinists and operators
• Strong organizational and communication skills
