About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Executive to join our clients' thriving insurance brokerage located near Boston, Massachusetts. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to become a key contributor to the organization's continued growth and success. As a primary revenue generator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their commercial insurance portfolio while building lasting relationships with businesses throughout the region.
Position OverviewThe Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Executive will serve as a cornerstone of the business development efforts, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing innovative strategies to expand the client base, and maintaining strong relationships with key commercial accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance prospecting activities with account management responsibilities while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Primary ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Business Development- Serve as a primary revenue generator for the commercial lines division, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and industry sectors
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through systematic lead generation activities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business operations, risk exposures, and insurance requirements
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate value and differentiate our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted insurance advisor and primary point of contact
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, identify additional coverage needs, and maximize account retention
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure seamless policy implementation and ongoing service delivery
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business
