Manufacturing HR Partner Employee Relations & Growth

An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR professional to provide comprehensive support to manufacturing associates and leaders. In this role, you will be the primary HR contact, guiding employees through various HR processes, conducting exit interviews, and addressing employee relations issues. You will also collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment processes and ensure compliance with performance management.
