At Change and Recovery Psychotherapy Center, located in Pueblo, Colorado, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to our community. Our outpatient clinic operates out of a community health clinic setting focused on nurturing wellness through a holistic approach. We prioritize creating safe, inclusive environments where clients can express themselves freely and work towards healing and growth.

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing the successful candidate to provide therapy from the comfort of their own space while reaching clients in need. Our team thrives on collaboration and support, fostering a friendly work culture that encourages ongoing professional development and efficient communication. The virtual format enhances flexibility in scheduling and connects you to a diverse clientele while reducing the barriers often associated with in-person therapy.

  • \n
  • Providing crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, including referrals to additional resources or services when needed.
  • \n
  • Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records in accordance with state regulations, ethical standards, and institutional policies.
  • \n
  • Engaging in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision, thereby enhancing your skills and therapeutic strategies.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and more. Your therapeutic approach will be essential in helping clients navigate their experiences, improve their interpersonal relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient mental health setting.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated proficiency in employing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities for diverse client needs.
  • \n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we strongly prefer candidates with advanced training or specialization in areas such as trauma, children and adolescents, or substance use disorders. Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably, along with any familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off, supporting work-life balance and employee well-being.
