Job Description

As a Security Officer Incident Response in Riverside CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government court services location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and assist visitors staff and officials with professionalism. You will communicate clearly document observations and respond to routine concerns while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative caring teamwork-driven and integrity-focused values.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees court personnel and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and policies at a government court facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points assist with visitor screening procedures as assigned and maintain awareness of authorized entry and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents patrols and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
