Job Summary
Are you a hospitality professional who loves creating memorable guest experiences? Comfort Inn is looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every traveler enjoys a warm, seamless, and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Reservation Management: Process reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Customer Service: Anticipate guest needs, provide local recommendations (dining, attractions, transportation), and resolve any guest complaints swiftly and gracefully.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments, handle cash drops, post charges, and maintain accurate guest ledgers in compliance with Choice Hotels standards.
- Communication Hub: Answer phone calls, route messages, and coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard.
- Brand Loyalty: Promote Choice Privileges rewards programs and encourage guest enrollment and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working at a hotel front desk (Experience with Choice Hotels or ChoiceAdvantage PMS is a major plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong computer literacy.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure or during high-volume periods.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
