Bridal Stylist

En Blanc is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly personable Bridal Stylist to join our Los Angeles team. En Blanc is a luxury bridal boutique known for our thoughtfully curated collection of designers, intimate styling experience, and highly personalized approach to helping each bride find her wedding gown. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves bridal fashion, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and understands how to make an important and emotional purchase feel effortless, exciting, and memorable. THE ROLE As an En Blanc Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through the entire styling experience from getting to know their vision and selecting gowns to styling the complete look and ultimately helping them confidently say yes to their dress. This is a sales-focused position, but we believe the best sales come from building trust, listening carefully, understanding the bride in front of you, and creating an experience she will remember long after her appointment. Our stylists are expected to be warm and engaging while also being confident, efficient, organized, fashion-forward, and comfortable taking the lead during an appointment. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct one-on-one bridal appointments and create a highly personalized experience for every bride. Learn our designers, gowns, fabrics, silhouettes, construction, customization possibilities, pricing, and lead times. Listen carefully to each bride's vision while confidently guiding her toward gowns that complement her style, body, wedding, and budget. Assist brides in and out of gowns throughout appointments and be comfortable working closely and professionally with clients in the fitting room. Style complete bridal looks using veils, accessories, and other finishing pieces. Develop genuine relationships with brides and their guests while maintaining control and flow of the appointment. Confidently guide clients through purchasing decisions and work toward individual and showroom sales goals. Follow up with brides after appointments and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process. Assist returning brides with gown pickups, styling, accessories, and other post-purchase appointments. Maintain detailed and accurate client notes and communicate effectively with the rest of the En Blanc team. Help maintain an immaculate, organized, luxurious showroom environment. Assist with steaming, organizing, handling, and caring for our bridal samples. Stay informed about bridal and fashion trends as well as new En Blanc designers and collections. Support trunk shows, designer events, sample sales, photoshoots, and other En Blanc events as needed. Work collaboratively with fellow stylists and management to ensure every bride receives an exceptional experience. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Our ideal candidate is: Warm, outgoing, polished, and genuinely excited to work with brides. A natural salesperson who enjoys connecting with people and is comfortable closing significant purchases. Fashion-conscious with a strong sense of personal style and an appreciation for luxury bridal. Confident communicating with a wide variety of personalities, ages, body types, and family dynamics. Emotionally intuitive and able to read a room. Comfortable taking direction while also working independently. Highly organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Energetic and able to remain enthusiastic through a full day of back-to-back appointments. Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving. A true team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed. Previous bridal, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or high-touch sales experience is strongly preferred. Bridal experience is wonderful, but an exceptional luxury salesperson with the right personality and fashion sensibility can also be a great fit. SCHEDULE & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Weekend availability is essential, as Friday through Sunday are some of our busiest appointment days. Stylists must be able to comfortably stand for extended periods, move throughout the showroom, and assist brides with bridal gowns throughout the day. En Blanc stylists are expected to arrive prepared and ready for the day **at least 30 minutes prior to their first client appointment**, allowing adequate time for showroom preparation, client review, and opening responsibilities.
